Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery,  but must be reported to Company within 7 days of receiving shipment, provided:

• The product is unused and unopened.
• The product remains in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns for:

• Opened skincare products
• Used products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
  
  

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging
  
  

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged products at our discretion.
